SWERVE CYCLE

Is a spin class filled with movement, energy, and enthusiam as our real ryder bikes allow you to experience real bike movements.

CARDIO BLITZ
A FUN FILLED ENERGETIC CLASS INCORPORATING STEP
AEROBIC MOVEMENTS AND STRENGTH TRAINING
ACTIVITIES.

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

A high energy workout that consists of weight training for short intense periods of time, anaerobic exercise style with recovery periods.

LOW INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

Low Impact exercises that are performed in intervals to maximize calorie burn.

ROC & ROW

Rated the number one cardio in the world, Rowing is a total body workout while jammin to the tunes of yesterday, today, and the future.

TONE & TIGHTIN

This is a weight training class. If  you want to see progess with weight training then this is the class for you.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

FEARLESS FITNESS

A Weight room training class in the gym area. Looking to get to know th machines in the gym area, have direction from an instructor qualified to do so. So get ready to be fearless in the gym.

HATHA YOGA

Slow mindful moving mediation, allowing your
